Modified Assessed Valuation definition

Modified Assessed Valuation means the sum of all local assessed values in the municipality minus the value of property exempted under RSA 72:12-a (Water & Air Pollution Control Facilities), RSA 72:37-a (Exemption for Improvements to Assist Persons with Disabilities) and 72:23 IV (school dormitory, dining room and kitchen exemption).
