Modifica. Una Modifica è (i) una variazione scritta del Contratto accettata e firmata da entrambe le parti, (ii) un Ordine di Modifica, (iii) una Richiesta di Modifica, o (iv) un ordine scritto di modifica dei Lavori di minore importanza, redatto dal Rappresentante del Committente.
