Modal Agreement definition

Modal Agreement means the Modal Agreement between the Board and the Bond Registrar relating to the Series 2009A Bonds, as amended and supplemented in accordance with its terms.
Modal Agreement means each Modal Agreement between the Board and the Bond Registrar relating to a Series of Variable Rate Bonds, as supplemented and amended in accordance with its terms.
