Mobile vendor definition
Mobile vendor means a person or entity that sells prepared food from a vehicle that is not permanently affixed to the site of sale and can be readily transported to and from that site. Vehicles used by such mobile vendors are often commonly referred to as “food trucks” and may be so referenced in this section.
Mobile vendor means a person who, from a motor vehicle, trailer or cycle, as defined or licensed under the Motor Vehicle Act, as amended from time to time, offers for sale food or merchandise, or who advertises or takes orders for goods or services.
