Mobile home community definition

Mobile home community means a mobile home community, park, or plot of ground under single ownership or management which has been planned and improved for the placement of mobile homes and meeting the definition of a mobile home park under Section 39.02.016(M) of this Code.
Mobile home community means an area for the placement of one or more mobile homes which are intended to be used primarily on a permanent basis. Spaces may be sold or leased.
Mobile home community means any area, tract, site or plot of land whereupon a minimum of ten (10) mobile homes as herein defined are placed, located or maintained or intended to be placed, located and maintained, for dwelling purposes only and upon a permanennt or semi-permanent basis.

Mobile home community means a mobile home community or plot of ground under single ownership or management which has been planned and improved for the placement of at least twenty mobile homes which is used for the accommodation of occupied mobile homes.
Mobile home community means a real estate development owned by a proposed Mortgagor which constitutes a full operational mobile home community, including all land, amenities and improvements, with individual spaces or homesites held principally for lease to residential tenants occupying manufactured or mobile homes affixed to such homesites and not principally for lease to recreational or commercial tenants.
