MOB Loan Agreement definition
MOB Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement dated September 22, 1999, between the Bank and the MOB for the Municipal Wastewater Project (Loan No. 4512-HU), and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the MOB Loan Agreement;
MOB Loan Agreement. The term "MOB Loan Agreement" shall mean that certain Loan Agreement of even date herewith executed by MOB Borrower and Lender.
