The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Confidential communication means a communication not intended to be disclosed to third persons other than those to whom disclosure is in furtherance of the rendition of professional legal services to the client or those reasonably necessary for the transmission of the communication.

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, notifications, authorizations, orders, exemptions, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by, submitted to or filed with any Regulatory Agencies, including all Product Authorizations.

  • Confidential document means a document designated as confidential under this protective order;

  • Non-Public Information means material non-public information (within the meaning of United States federal, state or other applicable securities laws) with respect to Borrower or its Affiliates or their Securities.
