MNPI Representation definition
MNPI Representation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.06(h)(iv).
MNPI Representation means a representation made by the Borrower that the Borrower is not, at the time of such representation, in possession of any material, non-public information (within the meaning of the Securities Laws) with respect to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
