MMC Business definition

MMC Business means any business or operations of the MMC Group (whether conducted independently or in association with one or more third parties through a partnership, joint venture or other mutual enterprise) other than MMREIS Business.
MMC Business means estate mortgage services, housing financial services, property evaluation services, guaranty, settlement and insurance service business in China conducted by the MMC Entities.
MMC Business means, taken as a whole, the businesses conducted by MMC and its Subsidiaries as such businesses are being conducted by them as of the date of this Agreement.

  • The access to Information being granted pursuant to Section 6.02 hereof, the agreement to provide witnesses and individuals pursuant to Section 6.08 hereof and the disclosure to MMC and the Company of Privileged Information relating to the MMREIS Business or MMC Business pursuant to this Agreement in connection with the Contribution shall not be asserted by MMC or the Company to constitute, or otherwise deemed, a waiver of any Privilege that has been or may be asserted under this Section 6.11 or otherwise.

  • MMC carries on the MMC Business only under the name "Men’s Medical Corporation" and variations thereof and under no other business or trade names as set forth on Exhibit “A”.

  • Each Seller acknowledges and agrees that, in view of the nature of the MMC Business and the business objectives of Buyer in acquiring the Shares, and the consideration paid to Sellers hereunder, the limitations of this Section 7.4 are reasonable and necessary in order to protect Buyer’s legitimate business interests.

  • There are no material MMC assets (including Intellectual Property) that Sellers or any of their Affiliates (other than the Company or one of its Subsidiaries) own or license or otherwise have the right to use which are used in or necessary to the conduct of the MMC Business.
