A maintenance guarantee in respect of those Improvements required to be bonded in accordance with the MLUL, in the form of a surety bond (or such other form of guarantee allowed in accordance with the MLUL) for a period not to exceed two (2) years after final acceptance of the Improvement, in an amount determined by the Town Engineer according to the method of calculation set forth in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-53 of the MLUL.
