MLP Group Parties definition

MLP Group Parties means, individually and collectively, the General Partner, EPD and EPOLLC, and any other Person who is a member of the MLP Group and is or becomes a Party to this Agreement after the Effective Date.

Examples of MLP Group Parties in a sentence

  • Each of the MLP Group Parties hereby grants, and will cause its respective MLP Group Affiliates to grant, to EPCO and its Affiliates an irrevocable, royalty-fee, non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license to use, during the term of this Agreement, any intellectual property provided by such MLP Group Party or its Affiliates to the extent used in the performance of the EPCO Services or, if requested by EPCO, to an extent not used in the performance of the EPCO Services.

  • The MLP Group Parties hereto represent and agree that they will use (and cause any other MLP Group members controlled by them to use) the EPCO Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by the EPCO Group to each MLP Group.

  • Fasteners are generally of the same metal as the component, with matching coating and finish.

Related to MLP Group Parties

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Partnership Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

  • Sponsor Parties means Sponsor, Vendor, and Utility, their respective successors and assigns, and each of their respective affiliates, agents, directors, officers, and employees.

  • Investor Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants. PJM Interchange:

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Buyer Parties means Buyer, its respective Affiliates and the former, current or future equity holders and Representatives of each of the foregoing.

  • Concert Parties means such Persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with AbbVie pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Parent Related Parties means, collectively, (i) Parent or Merger Sub; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates (other than Parent or Merger Sub), members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of Parent and Merger Sub.

  • Partnership Group Member means any member of the Partnership Group.

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Applicable Parties has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(c).

  • Promoter Group means an immediate relative of the Promoter (i.e. spouse of that person, or any parent, brother, sister or child of the person or of the spouse); persons whose shareholding is aggregated for the purpose of disclosing in the offer document “shareholding of the promoter group”.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.
