  • Where there are potential restrictions on sending this Offer Document and the relevant Acceptance Forms to any overseas jurisdiction, the Offeror and MKES each reserves the right not to send these documents to Overseas SuperBowl Shareholders in such overseas jurisdictions.

  • None of CDP, MKES and the Offeror (and, for the avoidance of doubt, any of the Offeror’s related corporations) accepts any responsibility or liability for such a rejection, including the consequences of such a rejection.

  • THE LANDORD MKES PROMISE TO PINT, N OR FIX it, GET THIN having TOO.

  • MKES, as the financial adviser to the Offeror in connection with the Offer, confirms that sufficient financial resources are available to the Offeror to satisfy full acceptance of the Offer.

  • The Offeror and MKES each reserves the right to notify any matter, including the fact that the Offer have been made, to any or all SuperBowl Shareholders (including Overseas SuperBowl Shareholders) by announcement to the SGX-ST or paid advertisement in a daily newspaper published or circulated in Singapore, in which case, such notice shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given notwithstanding any failure by any SuperBowl Shareholder to receive or see such announcement or advertisement.
