Mislabeling or Misbranding definition
Mislabeling or Misbranding means a food is mislabeled or misbranded if one or more of the conditions specified at A.R.S.§ 36-906, as amended, exists or if it does not conform to the labeling requirements of the Federal Act as defined in A.R.S.§ 36-901, as amended.
