Misconnection definition

Misconnection means a situation where a Passenger is unable to catch a reserved Connecting Flight at the connecting location due to a delay or cancellation of an earlier Flight in a contract of carriage that includes Connecting Flight.

  • The same rules regarding Delivering and Original Receiving Carrier responsibilities apply at the subsequent point(s) of Misconnection as would apply at the point of original Misconnection.

  • Disconnection means a deactivation of connection assets that results in cessation of distribution services to a consumer;

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;
