Miscellaneous Application definition

Miscellaneous Application means an application whereby any proceeding is instituted including under rules 46-A, 58, 97 and 100 of Order XXI of the Code, a proceeding under section 7 of the Insolvency (Karachi Division) Act (III of 1909), an appeal under section 8(2)(a) of that Act, and an analogous proceeding under the Companies Ordinance 1984, but does not include a suit or an appeal or a proceeding in insolvency or a proceeding in execution of a decree or order;
Miscellaneous Application means any application, other than a rectification application or a stay application, filed before the Tribunal;
