Misbranding definition

Misbranding means the definition contained in 63 O.S. Section 1-1110.
Misbranding means either the federal definition under 21 U.S.C. § 352 or drugs or devices that are misbranded under § 53-10-106; and
Misbranding means the use of any written, printed or graphic matter upon or accompanying products or containers of food which violates any applicable local, state or federal labeling requirements.
