Examples of MIP Participants in a sentence

  • The initial percentage (and no other terms and conditions) of the Management Incentive Plan allocable to the MIP Participants shall be determined by the Creditors’ Committee and identified in the Plan Supplement, and such initial percentage will be allocated by the New Board within sixty (60) days following the Effective Date.
