Failure to correct a Major Outage or Minor Outage will not by itself constitute a breach of this Agreement and Sections 15(b) and (c) provides the sole remedy with respect to any such failure to correct a Major Outage or a Minor Outage.
Customer will identify each outage report as either a Major or Minor Outage based on the definitions described above.
The failure of a single access point will be deemed a Minor Outage and will be replaced within three (3) business days of notification by a Department technician or system.
