Minor Maintenance and Repairs definition

Minor Maintenance and Repairs means routine maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, replacement and minor alterations reasonably necessary to maintain the Stadium in good repair and condition including, but not limited to, small repairs to walls, floors and ceilings (including installation of ceiling tiles, which the City will purchase), window cleaning, general painting in areas such as suites, press areas, offices, concession stands, merchandise sales areas, the restaurant, grounds shop and loading dock spaces, small plumbing jobs such as clearing clogged sinks or toilets.
Minor Maintenance and Repairs. MEANS ANY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS THAT (A) DO NOT ALTER ANY STRUCTURAL COMPONENT OF THE PREMISES AND/OR THE BUILDING, AND (B) DO NOT AFFECT, OR REQUIRE ANY MODIFICATION OF, THE PLUMBING, HVAC, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL OR LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS SERVING THE BUILDING OR THE PREMISES, AND (C) DO NOT DURING ANY TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD EXCEED A TOTAL AGGREGATE COST OF TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00).
Minor Maintenance and Repairs means a cost incurred to complete maintenance and repairs of a routine or regular nature ordinarily associated with prudent ongoing management of a building.

Examples of Minor Maintenance and Repairs in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, the Tides, at its sole cost and expense, shall have the responsibility for general maintenance and to make or cause to be made Minor Maintenance and Repairs, as defined Article I of this Lease, at the Stadium.

  • Subject to the last sentence of this Section 6.08 the Tides shall be responsible for the resodding and regrading of the playing field, and Minor Maintenance and Repairs of the playing field’s irrigation system, which shall be completed as required by MLB or sooner upon agreement by the City and the Tides.
