Minor Event definition

Minor Event means and include only the following:
Minor Event means any Special Event of four hours or less, including time for setup and breakdown.
Minor Event means a special event that does not require a traffic control plan or closure of a city street.

More Definitions of Minor Event

Minor Event means any event other than a major event or exempt event.
Minor Event means an event not exceeding four hours in duration and less than 100 people affiliated with the event. (i.e -. a wedding ceremony, small group gathering, etc.)
