Minor Event means any Special Event of four hours or less, including time for setup and breakdown.

Outdoor low level amplified recorded music, vocals, and public address system announcements, or any other noise generated at any wedding or other Major Event or Minor Event conducted on the Property shall be carefully limited to the minimum functional sound level.

More Definitions of Minor Event

Minor Event means and include only the following: (a) Not more than twelve (12) events in any one calendar year at which fewer than 250 persons are in attendance, with no more than one (1) said event to occur per week up to the maximum of 12 events in any one calendar year, any only on a Friday or Saturday. (b) Minor Events shall be allowed for the purposes of conducting seminars, educational or academic functions, conferences, weddings, family or group meetings, farm to table dinners, and similar functions. (c) There shall be no overnight camping at any Minor Event. (d) No Minor Events shall be held on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Upon application by the Owner made not less than 90 days prior to the date of commencement of a Minor Event, the Board of Trustees may modify or alter the restrictions provided by this section (5) where the Board finds that there will be no detriment to the health, safely, and welfare of the public and that such modification or alteration is generally consistent with the Conceptual Plan.

Minor Event means an event proposed by TQ, TA or Council to be held for the hire of any or all of the Plexipave courts (and the southern courts) and is expected to attract up to 1,000 patrons and/or competitors per day, including:

Minor Event means an event that takes place on private property;: (i) that has a minimal impact on neighboring properties; and (ii) that lasts for less than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours; and (iii) that does not meet the Special Event criteria; and (iv) during which the Owner or non-transient occupant is on site for the entire duration of the event., including but not limited to weddings, family reunions, memorials, or other ceremonies.

Minor Event means a Special Event with an anticipated attendance of less than 1,000, no licenced area, and no road closures.

Minor Event means minor disturbances in quality of service, like: increase in average packet delay, jitter or packet loss below the established threshold levels, degraded bit error rate in systems with forward error correction, or diminution of quality that lasts less than 8 hours.
