Outdoor low level amplified recorded music, vocals, and public address system announcements, or any other noise generated at any wedding or other Major Event or Minor Event conducted on the Property shall be carefully limited to the minimum functional sound level.
In addition to Town Water Dedication Requirements, the Annexor shall, as a condition of the Town's approval of any Event plan for any Major Event or Minor Event, as those terms are defined in the Amendable Letter of Understanding attached hereto as Exhibit C, provide the Town with details related to the source and amount of water sufficient to control dust during events, parking, and the restoration of the Property after the conclusion of any Major Event or Minor Event.
