Mining Code definition

Mining Code means the laws in force in Argentina, whether provincial or federal, regulating Exploration or Mining Operations including the regulation of tenure rights and obligations and related environmental regulations.
Mining Code means the Mining Code that sets forth the legal framework for Mineral Activities in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, approved by means of Law 12/2021, of 30 June 2021 or any other superseding legal statute;
