Customer represents and warrants that: (i) the information Customer has provided for the purpose of establishing a Compass Mining Account with Compass is true, accurate, current and complete; and (ii) Customer will maintain and promptly amend all information and material to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
Customer may not sell its interest in this Agreement, the Hardware or its Compass Mining Account, without the prior written consent of Compass, which may be withheld or conditioned in Compass’ sole and absolute discretion.

All profits will be distributed to the User’s Mining Account (Yield Account).
