Minimum Throughput Volume definition

Minimum Throughput Volume means an aggregate volume of 1,216,667 Barrels of Products per Month offloaded and throughput at the Anacortes Rail Unloading Facility (40,000 Barrels per day multiplied by 365 days divided by 12), provided, however, that the Minimum Throughput Volume during the Month in which the Commencement Date occurs shall be prorated in accordance with the ratio of the number of days, including and following the Commencement Date, in such Month to the total number of days in such Month.
Minimum Throughput Volume means (i) an aggregate volume of 456,250 Barrels of Products per Month throughput on both Segments; provided, however, that the Minimum Throughput Volume during the Month in which the Commencement Date occurs shall be prorated in accordance with the ratio of the number of days, including and following the Commencement Date, in such Month to the total number of days in such Month.
Minimum Throughput Volume means the Minimum Heavy Crude Throughput Volume and the Minimum Light Crude Throughput Volume.

Examples of Minimum Throughput Volume in a sentence

  • Upon Payment of the MTVF, TRMC shall receive a “Shortfall Credit” calculated as the difference between the Minimum Throughput Volume less the actual total volumes received during such month, multiplied by the sum of the MTVF, on a per Barrel basis.

  • If any action is taken or threatened to declare these services a public use, then, upon notifying TRMC, Operator may (i) restructure and restate this Agreement, provided that such restructuring and restatement does not increase the charges that TRMC is obligated to pay or prevent TRMC from meeting its Minimum Throughput Volume obligations hereunder, or (ii) terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.

  • Customer and Xxxxxxxxx agree to use the greater of the Aggregate Daily Minimum Throughput Volume Commitment or the Total Terminal Throughput Volume to determine the total number of Barrels to be used in calculating the Throughput Fee (the “Total Customer Throughput Volume”).

  • If the December Total Terminal Throughput Volume exceeds the Aggregate Daily Minimum Throughput Volume Commitment, the December Total Terminal Throughput Volume shall be reduced by the amount that the credit could have been used in one or more previous calendar months of that calendar year, but only to the extent that a deficiency existed in a previous calendar month that the credit could have been used to offset and that no other credit was applied to that month.

  • Expectations amongst staff for a significant pay rise are high, and we urge the PRB to make this a swift process, so that the determination can be communicated as early as possible to staff.

  • Barrels may be shipped from any of the Acquired Terminals to satisfy the Aggregate Daily Minimum Throughput Volume Commitment.

  • Customer agrees to ship, at Customer’s sole cost and expense, a minimum of 35,000 Barrels per day of Products from all of the Acquired Terminals as a group (the “Aggregate Daily Minimum Throughput Volume Commitment”) each month.

  • This credit may be applied to the Throughput Volume Fee due in any other calendar month of the then-current calendar year, but only to the extent the Throughput Volume Fee is greater than it would have been in the month the credit is used had it been calculated by using the Total Terminal Throughput Volume for that month instead of the Aggregate Daily Minimum Throughput Volume Commitment.

  • If, during any Month, the actual volume of Barrels offloaded and throughput by TRMC are less than the Minimum Throughput Volume, then TRMC shall nevertheless pay to TLO the MTVF.

  • In no event shall the application of this credit for December reduce the Throughput Volume Fee for December below the fee payable using the Aggregate Daily Minimum Throughput Volume Commitment.

Related to Minimum Throughput Volume

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Water quality volume means the volume equal to the first one-half inch of runoff multiplied by the impervious surface of the land development project.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum means a number of shares of Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to: (i) the VWAP Purchase Share Estimate, divided by (ii) the VWAP Purchase Share Percentage (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Trading Volume means the volume of shares of the Company's Common Stock that trade between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, New York City Time, on any Business Day, and shall expressly exclude any shares trading during "after hours" trading.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Minimum Purchase Amount means an amount that would be sufficient to (i) reduce the Outstanding Amount of each class of Notes on such Distribution Date to zero and (ii) pay to the respective Noteholders the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount payable on such Distribution Date.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.
