Minimum Stock Ownership Requirement or “MSOR” means the targeted aggregate number of Shares and Share Equivalents specified under the terms of this Plan as applicable to the Participant. Participants may be assigned multiple minimum stock ownership requirements. Any MSOR assigned to a Participant shall no longer be applicable to such Participant after the date of the Participant’s Termination.
