Minimum Quantification Level (MQL) definition

Minimum Quantification Level (MQL) means the constituent concentration that produces a signal sufficiently greater than the blank that it can be detected within specified limits by good laboratories during routine operations. Typically it is the concentration that produces a signal ten standard deviations above the reagent water blank signal.
