Minimum lot area definition

Minimum lot area means the smallest area within which a new land use may be approved, and also the minimum lot area for new parcels to be created through subdivision pursuant to Chapter
Minimum lot area. Seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet and as further provided under Supplementary Regulations.
