Minimum Flow Rate is defined as the lowest flow- rate at which the meter is required to give indications within the maximum permissible error tolerance.
If this is still insufficient to maintain the Minimum Flow Rate, the Transporter will notify affected Shippers that it cannot provide Transportation Services due to not receiving the Minimum Flow Rate and may reduce the flow at the relevant Interconnection Point to zero.
