Minimum Annual Salary Scale definition

Minimum Annual Salary Scale means: (i) for the 2017-18 Salary Cap Year, the Minimum Annual Salary Scale table annexed hereto as Exhibit C; and (ii) for each of the 2018-19 through 2023-24 Salary Cap Years, the Minimum Annual Salary Scale table for such Salary Cap Year prepared immediately upon the determination of the Salary Cap for such Salary Cap Year in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and including the adjusted Minimum Annual Salary Amounts for such Salary Cap Year as calculated in accordance with Section 1(jj) above.
Minimum Annual Salary Scale means the scale annexed hereto as Exhibit C.

Examples of Minimum Annual Salary Scale in a sentence

  • For each Salary Cap Year commencing with the 2018-19 Salary Cap Year, the Minimum Annual Salary Scale amounts shall be adjusted by applying the percentage increase (or decrease) in the Salary Cap from the preceding Salary Cap Year to the current Salary Cap Year.

  • The Minimum Annual Salary Scale applicable to a player is determined by the Salary Cap Year encompassing the first Season covered by the player’s Contract.

  • Accordingly, for example, if the first Season covered by a player’s Contract is the 2018-19 Season, then the Minimum Annual Salary Scale for the 2018-19 Salary Cap Year shall apply for each Season of the Contract.

  • For the 2017-18 Salary Cap Year, the Minimum Annual Salary Scale is set forth as Exhibit C hereto.

  • Any player contract that was entered into prior to the execution of the 2017 CBA and that remained in effect on July 1, 2017 and provided for salary less than the Minimum Player Salary set forth in the 2017-18 Minimum Annual Salary Scale was deemed amended to provide for the player’s new Minimum Player Salary.

  • Teams will be reimbursed from a league-wide fund for such increases, except with respect to any amount required to increase a player’s salary to his Minimum Player Salary as set forth in the 2017-18 Minimum Annual Salary Scale.

  • In either case, the version numbers of the model and object detector would change thorough the life of the system, and would be need to be recorded in a BoL for a particular decision.Figure 4 shows an example BoL for model training, and Figure 5 shows a BoL for a congestion status request, detailing the data and model used.

  • As with the Rookie Scale, there will be a new Minimum Annual Salary Scale issued each season prior to the Moratorium Period for contracts, including multi-year contracts, signed that season.

Related to Minimum Annual Salary Scale

  • Base Annual Salary means the annual cash compensation relating to services performed during any calendar year, whether or not paid in such calendar year or included on the Federal Income Tax Form W-2 for such calendar year, excluding bonuses, commissions, overtime, fringe benefits, stock options, relocation expenses, incentive payments, non-monetary awards, directors fees and other fees, automobile and other allowances paid to a Participant for employment services rendered (whether or not such allowances are included in the Employee’s gross income). Base Annual Salary shall be calculated before reduction for compensation voluntarily deferred or contributed by the Participant pursuant to all qualified or non-qualified plans of any Employer and shall be calculated to include amounts not otherwise included in the Participant’s gross income under Code Sections 125, 132(f), 402(e)(3), 402(h), or 403(b) pursuant to plans established by any Employer; provided, however, that all such amounts will be included in compensation only to the extent that, had there been no such plan, the amount would have been payable in cash to the Employee.

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the monthly salary costs of Contractor’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Contractor’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by Contractor for services performed. The initial Monthly Salary Rate is included in Exhibit “G” attached to this Agreement.

  • Average Annual Compensation For the purposes of this Agreement, “Average Annual Compensation” shall be an amount equal to the annual average of the sums of (x) the Executive’s annual Base Salary from the Company plus (y) the amount of Incentive Awards accrued by TNS for the Executive, in each case for the three calendar years that ended immediately before (or, if applicable, coincident with) the Change in Control Date;

  • Salary range is the range of rates between, and including, the minimum and maximum rate currently authorized for the class;

  • Average Annual Bonus means the average of the annual bonuses (if any) from the Company earned by the Executive with respect to the Bonus Fiscal Years during all or any portion of which the Executive was employed by the Company; and, provided, further, that, if the Executive was not employed by the Company during all or any portion of any of the Bonus Fiscal Years, “Average Annual Bonus” means zero.

  • Current Annual Compensation means the greater of:

  • Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarial equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity) to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:

  • Normal salary means the salary that would be paid to a participating employee if that person was not participating in a Plan and includes salary expressed as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate. It includes all allowances that are paid as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate but not overtime payments and shift work penalty rates unless they are paid as a component of an annualised rate.

  • Pro Rata Annual Bonus means the amount of Annual Bonus, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such year during which the Executive was actually employed by the Company (or its predecessor) and the denominator of which is 365.

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Termination Base Salary means that amount equal to Executive’s annual base salary with the Company at the rate in effect immediately prior to the Change of Control or, if a greater amount, Executive’s annual base salary at the rate in effect at any time thereafter.

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Target Annual Bonus as of any date means the amount equal to the product of Base Salary determined as of such date multiplied by the percentage of such Base Salary to which Executive would have been entitled immediately prior to such date under any Bonus Plan for the Annual Performance Period for which the Annual Bonus is awarded if the performance goals established pursuant to such Bonus Plan were achieved at the 100% level as of the end of the Annual Performance Period.

  • Monthly salary means the gross amount paid to a participant making a claim under s. 40.65, at the time he or she becomes disabled within the meaning of s. 40.65 (4), by the employer in whose employ the injury occurred or the disease was contracted. Overtime pay may not be considered part of an employee’s monthly salary unless the employee received it on a regular and dependable basis.

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Target Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Semi-Annual Period means each period of six-months, commencing on the first day of a Fiscal Year; provided that the first such period shall begin on July 1, 2013 and end on December 31, 2013.

  • Average annual payroll means the average of the annual

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.
