Miller Group definition

Miller Group means Xxxxxr and the Partxxxxxxp and their former, present and future affiliated trustees, beneficiaries (including of trusts as to which Miller serves as inxxxxxxnt advisor) and partners, officers, agents, representatives, and financial, legal and other advisors (in their respective capacities as such). All references to the "Miller Group" shall xxxx the Miller Group and itx xxxxers, individually, separately, jointly, collectively and otherwise.

  • Other Founding Companies means all of the Founding Companies other than the Company.

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (a) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family and (b) any Related Person of any such member.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • DBS Group means any of DBS’s subsidiaries, DBS’s holding company and any subsidiaries of DBS’s holding company;

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • MTS means the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, a public agency created pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 120050 et seq.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;
