Military Applications definition

Military Applications means the acquisition, research, development, testing, evaluation and training related to tactical vehicles, vessels, aircraft, equipment and weaponry associated with said tactical vehicles, vessels, aircraft equipment and weaponry owned or operated by the armed forces of the United States.
