Milestone Criteria definition

Milestone Criteria means the criteria applicable in respect of each Milestone as set out in Appendix 1 of Schedule 15 (Project Plan);

Milestone Criteria the criteria for each Milestone, as set out in Part 4 of the Order Form;

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Company desires to terminate this Agreement pursuant to this Section 3.3(f), it must provide notice of termination to Executive on or before January 31, 2008 and, in the event the Company does not provide such notice within such period, it shall be deemed to have waived its right to terminate this Agreement under this Section 3.3(f).
