Milestone Billing definition

Milestone Billing means Accounts Receivable for progress payments that are under contracts entered into in the Borrower’s ordinary course of business and that require the Buyer to make progress payments before completion and/or shipment of the Items thereunder.

Examples of Milestone Billing in a sentence

  • At the completion of each Milestone Billing Event so identified in Exhibit A, the Contractor may submit invoices requesting payment by NYSERDA of the amounts corresponding to the amount identified in the Budget.

  • Fees billed under the Milestone Billing shall be due and payable upon the Developer providing the Client with an invoice.

  • In accordance with and subject to the provisions of NYSERDA’s Prompt Payment Policy Statement, attached hereto as Exhibit D, NYSERDA shall pay to the Contractor within the prescribed time after receipt of such request for final payment, the total amount payable pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof, less all Milestone Billing payments previously made to the Contractor with respect thereto.

  • Upon final acceptance by NYSERDA of all deliverables contained in Exhibit A, Statement of Work, including documentation that the Work has been completed and is functional as designed pursuant to Section 6.02 hereof, the Contractor shall submit an invoice for the final Milestone Billing Event, together with such supporting information and documentation as, and in such form as, NYSERDA may require.

  • At the completion of each Milestone Billing Event, the Contractor may submit an invoice requesting payment by NYSERDA for the amount corresponding to the applicable Milestone Billing Event.

  • At the completion of each Milestone Billing Event so identified, the Contractor may submit invoices requesting payment by NYSERDA of the amounts set forth in the Milestone Payment Schedule set forth in the Exhibit A, Statement of Work.

  • The Contractor will be reimbursed for costs incurred, upon submission of proper invoices, in accordance with the a Milestone Billing Event, for Work delivered or rendered and accepted, less deductions and any required cost-sharing, as herein provided.

Related to Milestone Billing

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Milestone Payment means a payment identified in the Implementation Plan to be made following the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of Achievement of the relevant Milestone;

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Development Milestone Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Phase III Trial means a Clinical Trial of an investigational product in subjects that incorporates accepted endpoints for confirmation of statistical significance of efficacy and safety with the aim to generate data and results that can be submitted to obtain Regulatory Approval as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c), or a comparable Clinical Trial prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States.
