In the event that borrowings are used for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority, the amount of borrowings will depend on the amount of MIG Shares to be purchased by the Company and the appropriate borrowing capacity of the Company.
If the purchased MIG Shares are kept as treasury shares, the NA per share would decrease unless the cost per share of the treasury shares purchased is below the NA per share at the relevant point in time.
