Midstream Activities definition

Midstream Activities means with respect to any Person, collectively, the business of (i) the treatment, processing, gathering, dehydration, compression, blending, transportation, storage, transmission, marketing, buying or selling or other disposition, whether for such Person’s own account or for the account of others, of oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids or other liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons or products thereof, including that used for fuel or consumed in the foregoing activities including, without limitation, owning and operating pipelines, storage facilities, processing plants and facilities and gathering systems, and other assets related thereto, (ii) the mining, production, marketing and/or sale of salt and (iii) the transportation, storage, transmission, marketing, buying or selling or other disposition of produced or fresh water.
Midstream Activities means with respect to any Person, collectively, the treatment, processing, gathering, dehydration, compression, blending, transportation, storage, transmission, marketing, buying or selling or other disposition, whether for such Person’s own account or for the account of others, of oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids or other liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons, including that used for fuel or consumed in the foregoing activities; provided, that “Midstream Activities” shall in no event include the drilling, completion or servicing of oil or gas xxxxx, including, without limitation, the ownership of drilling rigs.

More Definitions of Midstream Activities

Midstream Activities means the ownership, operation, maintenance, expansion, construction, commissioning and decommissioning of, and acquisition of, natural gas, oil, condensate, and water conditioning, treating, processing, and, as applicable, compression facilities, gathering systems and pipelines, marketing of capacity on such gathering systems and pipelines, buying and selling natural gas, oil, condensate, and water in connection therewith, the provision of compression services in connection therewith, and all other acts or activities incidental or related to any of the foregoing.
Midstream Activities means with respect to any Person, collectively, (i) gathering, compressing, treating, processing and transporting natural gas, crude, condensate and natural gas liquids, (ii) fractionating and transporting natural gas, crude, condensate and natural gas liquids, (iii) marketing natural gas, crude, condensate and natural gas liquids, and (iv) water distribution, supply, treatment and disposal services, and all other similar activities.
Midstream Activities means any business activity that is generally considered in the oil and gas industry to be part of the “midstream sector,” including the development, construction, ownership, operation or acquisition of assets for the gathering, processing, storing, transporting and marketing of hydrocarbons (including oil, condensate, natural gas and natural gas liquids), including hydrocarbon terminals, hydrocarbon storage complexes, hydrocarbon gathering and transload facilities, pipeline, platform, dehydration, distillation, stabilization, fractionation, processing, treating, compression and similar systems, facilities, and related infrastructure, and other facilities for the refining, gathering, transporting (by barge, pipeline, rail, ship, truck or other mode of transportation), terminaling, storing, processing, treating, compressing, dehydrating, blending, fractionating, pumping, and otherwise handling of hydrocarbons.
Midstream Activities means the gathering, compression, transportation, storage, or transmission of natural gas, including constructing, owning, maintaining, and operating gathering systems, pipelines, storage facilities and other assets related thereto.
