Midpoint definition

Midpoint we", "us", or "our" means Midpoint Communications.  Cancellation Fees - You will be charged a Cancellation Fee if you terminate the Agreement (or a Service) without cause, before the end of any relevant Minimum Term or Renewal Term (or if we terminate it due to your breach of the Agreement).
