MID-DAY HOURS definition

MID-DAY HOURS means the hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays (other than Holidays), and (III) the term "OFF HOURS" shall mean all hours on all days other than Rush Hours and Mid-Day Hours.
