Microsoft Online Services definition

Microsoft Online Services for this Amendment only, means Office 365 Services, Windows Azure Core Services, and/or Dynamics CRM Online Services.
Microsoft Online Services means, for the purposes of a Service Description, any one or more of Azure, Dynamics 365, EM&S and Office 365 Services purchased via the eCat Portal through Softcat as the CSP;
Microsoft Online Services means any Subscription Software and/or other Subscription Services which is subscribed to by or on behalf of Client under the Microsoft Online Services Terms;

More Definitions of Microsoft Online Services

Microsoft Online Services means any service provided by SP to Customer by means of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (‘CSP’) Program including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft CRM Online.
Microsoft Online Services means for the purposes of a Service Description, any one or more of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft EM&S and Microsoft Office 365 Services purchased via the eCat Portal through Softcat as the CSP;
Microsoft Online Services for this amendment only, means Office 365 Services and /or Dynamics CRM Online Services.
Microsoft Online Services means the online services, offered by Microsoft®, which may include Microsoft software technology, including Office 365™.
Microsoft Online Services for this BAA only, means Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Services, Office 365 Services, Microsoft Azure Core Services, Microsoft Intune Online Services, and/or Microsoft Power BI Services.

Related to Microsoft Online Services

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Microsoft means the Microsoft Affiliate that has entered into this Agreement or an Enrollment and its Affiliates, as appropriate.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.
