Michigan resident definition

Michigan resident means an individual who establishes residence for a period of 3 months in a settled or permanent home or domicile within the state with the intention of remaining in this state. An individual is a resident until the individual establishes a permanent residence outside this state.
Michigan resident means a person who was a resident of the state at the time of graduation from high school or for a minimum of 12 months prior to the first enrollment in the specified degree program.
