Miami time shall refer to the applicable time of day in Miami, Florida.

  • The date upon which the Closing occurs is hereinafter referred to as the "Closing Date." The Closing shall be deemed completed as of 11:59 p.m. Miami time on the Closing Date.

  • If the summary statement is sent by Agent and received by a Lender prior to 12:00 p.m. Miami time, then such Lender shall make the settlement transfer described in this Section by no later than 3:00 p.m. Miami time on the same Business Day and if received by a Lender after 12:00 p.m. Miami time, then such Lender shall make the settlement transfer by not later than 3:00 p.m. Miami time on the next Business Day following the date of receipt.
