MH Member definition

MH Member means, as of the Closing, the Initial MH Member, and, thereafter, any MH Permitted Transferee so long as it remains a Member. For the avoidance of doubt, all references to the MH Members shall be deemed to be references to the Initial MH Member until such time as the Initial MH Member transfers its Membership Interest (or any portion thereof) to a MH Permitted Transferee.
