MGCB Qualified Person definition

MGCB Qualified Person means a Person, including an Entity, that the MGCB determines is eligible, qualified, and suitable to hold an ownership interest in a casino licensee under the licensing standards in the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act, after such Person as completed the requested disclosures and has been subject to the required investigation.
