MG (Minimum Guarantee) definition

MG (Minimum Guarantee) means the minimum royalty paid by the Dream Square to Gravity. “MG” shall be paid to the Gravity at the time specified in 5.2, and deducted from the royalty that will be paid by Dream Square.
