MFA Programs definition
MFA Programs means any single-family homeownership program through which MFA makes funds available to Eligible Borrowers in accordance with this Agreement and includes the First Home, First Down, Next Home and any other program MFA may offer as described in the Program Documents.
MFA Programs means any Single Family program that MFA offers to include the MBS HERO, MBS Mortgage$aver, HERO DPA, Mortgage Booster DPA, Helping Hand, Payment$aver and any other program MFA may offer which will be described in the respective NOFA.
Examples of MFA Programs in a sentence
Mortgage Lender shall at all times conduct its business utilizing proper and acceptable business practices and standards and shall employ and maintain qualified personnel to receive, process and administer applications for Mortgage Loans under MFA Program(s) and to carry out its obligations arising under this Agreement.
