Mezzanine Tranche definition

Mezzanine Tranche means the portion of the Policy initially insuring $332,352,000 of principal and interest in respect of the Series A Bonds representing the second loss layer of the Policy to be drawn in the event of a Policy Payment.
Mezzanine Tranche means either (a) a SBA loan lending facility with a Mezzanine Tranche Lender, pursuant to which the Borrower receives cash proceeds of not less than $10,000,000 and which satisfies the Mezzanine Tranche Conditions, or (b) a subordinated loan from Newtek to Borrower or investment of capital by Newtek into Borrower, pursuant to which the Borrower receives cash proceeds of not less than $10,000,000 and which satisfies the Mezzanine Tranche Conditions.”
Mezzanine Tranche means a tranche or tranches subordinated to the senior tranche, and to which a risk weight of less than 1250% is assigned under the provisions of Chapter VI of these directions;

More Definitions of Mezzanine Tranche

Mezzanine Tranche and "Senior Tranche" set forth in the Credit Agreement are hereby deleted in the entirety and the following definitions are hereby substituted in lieu thereof:
Mezzanine Tranche means the aggregate balance of the Loans allocated to the Mezzanine Note pursuant to Sections 2. 16(b)(ii) or 2.16(c)(ii) hereof, as applicable.
Mezzanine Tranche has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.

Related to Mezzanine Tranche

  • Mezzanine Loans means, collectively, the First Mezzanine Loan, the Second Mezzanine Loan, the Third Mezzanine Loan, the Fourth Mezzanine Loan, the Fifth Mezzanine Loan, the Sixth Mezzanine Loan, the Seventh Mezzanine Loan, the Eighth Mezzanine Loan, the Ninth Mezzanine Loan and any New Mezzanine Loan.

  • Mezzanine Floor means an intermediate floor between two floors, above ground level, accessible only from the lower floor;

  • Single Tranche means the amount of the Financing allocated to the category entitled “Single Tranche” in the table set forth in Part B of Section II of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

  • mezzanine means a mezzanine as defined in the Building Code Act;

  • First Tranche means the amount of the Financing allocated to the category entitled “First Tranche” in the table set forth in Part B of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

  • Term Loan Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Incremental Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Senior Loan has the meaning provided in the Recitals hereto.

  • Existing Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(a).

  • Incremental Revolving Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(b).

  • Delayed Draw Loan A Loan that requires one or more future advances to be made by the Borrower and which does not permit the re-borrowing of any amount previously repaid by the related Obligor; provided that, such Loan shall only be considered a Delayed Draw Loan for so long as any future funding obligations remain in effect and only with respect to any portion which constitutes a future funding obligation.

  • Refinancing Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan originated in connection with the refinancing of an existing mortgage loan.

  • Accelerated Mezzanine Loan Lender shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Lender PMI Loans Mortgage Loans with respect to which the lender rather than the borrower acquired the primary mortgage guaranty insurance and charged the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Refinancing Loans means any Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Revolving Loans.

  • Refinancing Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(h)(i).

  • Incremental Revolving Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Incremental Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment or an outstanding Incremental Revolving Loan.

  • Incremental Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(b).
