Mezzanine C Lender definition

Mezzanine C Lender means, collectively, Citi, in its capacity as a lender under the Mezzanine C Loan, JPMorgan in its capacity as a lender under the Mezzanine C Loan, Barclays in its capacity as a lender under the Mezzanine C Loan and CF, in its capacity as a lender under the Mezzanine C Loan, together with their respective successors and assigns.

Mezzanine C Lender means the lenders party to the Mezzanine C Loan Agreement from time to time, and their respective successors and assigns.

Mezzanine C Lender means Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp., a New York corporation, together with its successors and assigns.

• Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that (i) such Intercreditor Agreement is intended solely for the benefit of Lender, Mortgage Lender, Mezzanine B Lender and Mezzanine C Lender and (ii) Borrower, Mortgage Borrower, Mezzanine B Borrower and Mezzanine C Borrower are not intended third-party beneficiaries of any of the provisions therein and shall not be entitled to rely on the provisions contained therein.

• Lender, Mortgage Lender, Mezzanine B Lender and Mezzanine C Lender shall have no obligation to disclose to Borrower the contents of the Intercreditor Agreement.

• Any Reserve Funds remaining on deposit pursuant to the terms of this Agreement after the Debt has been paid in full shall be paid (a) if the Mezzanine C Loan is outstanding, to Mezzanine C Lender to be held by Mezzanine C Lender pursuant to the Mezzanine C Loan Agreement for the same purposes as those described in Article 8 of the Mortgage Loan Agreement, and (c) if the Mezzanine C Loan is no longer outstanding, to Borrower.

More Definitions of Mezzanine C Lender

Mezzanine C Lender means the owner and holder of the Mezzanine C Loan.

Mezzanine C Lender means collectively, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, German American Capital Corporation, Bank of America, N.A., Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp. and Goldman Sachs Mortgage Company, together with their respective successors and assigns.

Mezzanine C Lender means Goldman Sachs Mortgage Company, a New York limited partnership, or any of its successors or assigns as “Lender” under and as defined in the Mezzanine C Loan Agreement identified to Borrower in writing.

Mezzanine C Lender means, collectively, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage, Inc., together with their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Mezzanine C Lender shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.

Mezzanine C Lender has the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

Mezzanine C Lender shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
