Mezzanine Agent definition

Mezzanine Agent means the Mezzanine Agent (as defined in the Mezzanine Facility Agreement).

Mezzanine Agent means the Administrative Agent under each of the Mezzanine Loans.

Mezzanine Agent means the agent(s) to the Mezzanine Creditor Group under the Mezzanine Credit Agreement in such capacity.

Mezzanine Agent means The Governor and Company of the Bank of Scotland and its successors as Agent under the Mezzanine Facility Agreement;
