METROLOGIE definition

METROLOGIE means METROLOGIE UK Limited. its trading divisions, subsidiary or associated companies; 1.3 "Goods" means all equipment, software or services which are subject to the Company's order which are to be supplied to the Company by METROLOGIE under these Conditions.
