METRO Sales Tax definition

METRO Sales Tax means that portion of the sales tax rebated to the City by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of Harris County, Texas, pursuant to the Congestion Mitigation/Traffic Management Agreement, dated March 22, 1999, as amended, attributed to sales tax revenue generated within the Zone Land.
