Methods of Payment. We take all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. Balances due, not withstanding insurance balances, that are not paid in full within 90 days may be turned over to an outside collection agency for final payment.   • Actual QP Rate of Pay means the rate of pay which will be paid to the Agency Worker if and when s/he completes the Qualifying Period, as set out in any variation to the relevant Assignment Details Form;
