Metering Arrangement definition

Metering Arrangement has the meaning set forth in Section II.8 of this Agreement.
Metering Arrangement means, for the purpose of this licence condition, using one or more Electricity Meters for the purpose of a Tariff whereby a Domestic Customer is charged either on the basis of a Multi-Register Metering Arrangement or on the basis of a Single-Register Metering Arrangement;
Metering Arrangement means a document which identifies the location and type of each eligible meter positioned in accordance with paragraph (3) or (4) of regulation15 or paragraph (3), (4) or (5) of regulation 16;

Examples of Metering Arrangement in a sentence

  • The Net Metering Arrangement shall include a single-phase or a three-phase Net Meter, as may be required, located at the point of inter-connection as ascertained by the Distribution Licensee.

  • System Owner shall have obtained all Permits that the System Owner deems necessary or desirable, each in form and substance satisfactory to the System Owner: (A) for the construction and installation of the System, (B) for the provision of Services to the Customer under this Agreement, and (C) for the Net Metering Arrangement contemplated hereby, and all such approvals, permits, licenses and authorizations shall be in force and effect.

  • The quantum of electricity consumed by the Eligible Consumer from the Renewable Energy Generating System under the Net Metering Arrangement shall qualify towards his compliance of RPO, if such Consumer is an Obligated Entity.

  • The Renewable Energy generated by an Eligible Consumer under the Net Metering Arrangement or the Net Billing Arrangement under these Regulations shall not be eligible for issuance of Renewable Energy Certificate.

  • Metering Arrangement: The User shall provide meters for accounting and audit purposes as per the standard specified by CEA.

  • System Owner shall have obtained all Permits necessary: (1) for the construction and installation of the System, including the Certificate of Public Good, (2) for the provision of Services to the Customer under this Agreement, and (3) for the Net Metering Arrangement contemplated hereby, and all such approvals, permits, licenses and authorizations shall be in force and effect.

  • OWNER, in its sole discretion, shall serve as the Administrator of this Group Net Metering Arrangement in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

  • The quantum of electricity consumed by the Eligible Consumer from the Roof-top Solar PV System under the Net Metering Arrangement shall qualify towards his compliance of Solar RPO, if such Consumer is an Obligated Entity.

  • The Solar energy generated by an Eligible Consumer in a Net Metering Arrangement under these Regulations shall not be eligible for REC.

  • The Eligible Consumer shall bear all costs related to the setting up of the Roof-top Solar PV System, excluding the Net Metering Arrangement costs.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.

  • Interconnection Agreements means, collectively, (a) an agreement by and among Owner, TransÉnergie and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the U.S. Border of the NECEC Transmission Line with the Québec Line and (b) an agreement by and between Owner and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the Delivery Point of the NECEC Transmission Line with certain transmission facilities operated by ISO-NE. The Interconnection Agreements shall address cost responsibilities among entities other than the Distribution Company and the other RFP Sponsors and shall include provisions, both technical and otherwise, for safe and reliable interconnected operations of the HVDC Transmission Project following Commercial Operation (including use of the HVDC Transmission Project for the delivery of electric power in emergency circumstances).

  • Selective contracting arrangement means an arrangement in which the NJ FamilyCare Program participates in selective contracting with one or more providers, and which arrangement contains reasonable benefit differentials, including, but not limited to, predetermined fee or reimbursement rates for covered benefits applicable to participating and nonparticipating providers.

  • Common Billing Agreement means an agreement between the Appointee and any other person under which that person has undertaken to pay, on terms agreed between them, charges for water supply or sewerage services, or both, in respect of two or more Houses which have a common Supply Pipe and which, in any case where that agreement relates to one of those services only, are also subject to a similar agreement for common billing between that person and the undertaker providing the other service;

  • Tax Sharing Arrangement means any written or unwritten agreement or arrangement for the allocation or payment of Tax liabilities or payment for Tax benefits with respect to a consolidated, combined or unitary Tax Return which includes the Company.

  • Alternative living arrangement means a structure in which households live in distinct bedrooms, yet share kitchen and plumbing facilities, central heat and common areas. Alternative living arrangements include, but are not limited to: transitional facilities for the homeless; Class A, B, C, D and E boarding homes as regulated by the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs; residential health care facilities as regulated by the New Jersey Department of Health; group homes for the developmentally disabled and mentally ill as licensed and/or regulated by the New Jersey Department of Human Services; and congregate living arrangements.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Life-of-the-unit, firm power contractual arrangement means a unit participation power sales agreement under which a utility or industrial customer reserves, or is entitled to receive, a specified amount or percentage of nameplate capacity and associated energy from any specified unit and pays its proportional amount of such unit's total costs, pursuant to a contract:

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Connection Contract means a contract under which Distributed Generation is connected to the Network entered into by the Distributor and a Distributed Generator in accordance with Part 6 of the Code, and, for the purposes of this Agreement, the Distributor and a Distributed Generator are deemed to have entered into a Connection Contract if the regulated terms in Part 6 of the Code apply;

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Service Agreement means the initial agreement and any amendments or supplements thereto entered into by the Transmission Customer and the Transmission Provider for service under the Tariff. Site:

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.

  • Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;

  • Water Agreement means an agreement entered into between the Water Corporation (established pursuant to section 4 of the Water Corporation Act 1995) and BHP Iron Ore Pty. Ltd. ACN 008 700 981 as agent for BHP Direct Reduced Iron Pty. Ltd. and the Mount Xxxxxx and Mount Goldsworthy Mining Associates Joint Venturers in a form approved by the Minister in relation to the supply of water for, inter alia, the Joint Venturers’ water requirements for the purposes of this Agreement at Port Hedland;

  • Construction Services Agreement (CSA) means the Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.   • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.
